We wanted to put this mAb into lactating mice; so we had to make a chimera. Our IgA had to bind *mouse* pIgR so we used mouse J chain + IgA Fc. But we wanted the Fab to bind human rotavirus, so we used Fab sequences from H Greenberg (the OG rotavirologist)
